How do I add Special Assistance to my Monarch booking?

You can book Special Assistance, wheelchair and/or a buggy on the Monarch Airlines website.

Click here then select 'Add Wheelchair Assistance' 

 

 

Enter directline@multicom.co.uk as the email address (as we made the booking for you) and add your Booking Reference.

Please note:

If you are travelling alone, you will need to be self-sufficient. If you are requesting assistance less than 48 hours before departure, Monarch Airlines cannot guarantee this service.

For Onboard wheelchair, Child Travel Chair and Adult/Child Support Harness requests, a member of the Monarch customer services team will be in contact for some more details once you have completed your booking.
