Why can't I get into my Ryanair booking?

 If you're having problems getting into your Ryanair booking, there are several common reasons for this.

1. The most likely reason is that you're using your own email address. It won't work, as you made your booking through us.

Please try again, using your Ryanair booking reference (in our emails to you) and the email address ryanair.dlf@gmail.com - no spaces, no commas.

2. The next most common issue is typing dfl in the email address, when it should be dlf

3. You may have mistaken an i for a 1, or an O (letter) for an 0 (zero). Please check carefully and re-enter.
