How to Claim for EU261 Compensation

EU261 Compensation is available if your flight was delayed by more than 3 hours after it's arrival time. This means your flight must've landed more than 3 hours after it's scheduled arrival time.

You won’t get compensation if it was delayed because of something like bad weather or a strike as this is beyond the airlines control.

As the payment is made directly to you, we would recommend contacting the airline directly to obtain any compensation. To do this please click on the airline name below. Remember to follow any additional instructions.

EASYJET: Enter the email address directline@multicom.co.uk rather than your own email.
