EU261 Compensation is available if your flight was delayed by more than 3 hours after it's arrival time. This means your flight must've landed more than 3 hours after it's scheduled arrival time.
You won’t get compensation if it was delayed because of something like bad weather or a strike as this is beyond the airlines control.
