I wish to make a comment to the airline directly

 

On behalf of your Airline please accept our apologies that your did not enjoy your recent flight.

As a Travel Agent we act as your booking agent and to avoid confusion would recommend you contacting the relevant airline directly in regards to submitting a complaint to them.

EASYJET: Enter the email address directline@multicom.co.uk rather than your own email.

RYANAIR: Enter the email address ryanair.dlf@gmail.com rather than your own email.

FLYBE: Enter the email address as directline@multicom.co.uk rather than your own email.

MONARCH: please email them directly at  customer.services@monarch.co.uk they do not have a form to be completed online

AER LINGUS: You will need to complete the 'post flight' form and use the email directline@multicom.co.uk

THOMSON: Submit a complaint form online

THOMAS COOK: Use the 'make a complaint' option

NORWEGIAN: Submit online using the 'feedback' form
