Please first check your Junk mail folder. Then, if your confirmation has not been received please email us at support@directline-flights.co.uk with your booking reference number.

If you do not have a note of your reference number then please provide your departure date, flight route, lead passenger surname and email address used when making the booking and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.
